Every beginning is difficult, rough and even arduous but the sacrifice gives place to rich experiences, when we are able to overcome complexes, doubts and darkness.

Our romance began the most important day, as yesterday, today, or tomorrow.

You seemed to be somewhat absent minded and distant but when I approached you, everything changed; the disposition was more than abundant and generous, then, I dared to commit, to give you the best of me, thus, love emerged.

When the brush and the canvas meet, they can't ever separate -one into the other, in such way that this passion is captured: Love and art, a text without words, that will be able to speak for all eternity.

I know your deepest thoughts as if they were mine. I can feel your laughing and your crying. I can feel your heart in my heart. And find purpose in your ideas, dreams and fantasies. How is this possible if there is distance between the all and the nothing ? Between heaven and earth ? The reason is more than a reason because it does not come from the thinking mind but from the sensory consciousness. Better said, from the essence in the heart. In that space, there is no You and Me, but an eternal Us.

Meditation can change many things, it can transform our lives and it certainly can make better persons out of us. All this is due to the fact that we can realize the Truth and this is a gradual, but very serious and consistent process. Soon, we will be discovering if we really are sincere with ourselves, if indeed we want to change, to have peace and above all, to be a source of love and inspiration. Meditation, then, it's directly related to self-criticism, which is a constructive process to understand ourselves and also to understand others. It is possible that in occasions we enter in contradiction, but the important thing will be of course, to find our weakest points, going beyond the superficial analysis and besides, to be able to communicate, since man often lives too much in the fantasy and he needs to have a real and practical spirituality. Although to meditate is not properly to analyze, meditation will take us to a clearer conscience, in harmony and peace. Let's look for in meditation not a reason for isolation but as a source of universal love.

Kundalini. The original Fire of Life

The mystical studies of India, regard Kundalini as the beginning of the awakening of consciousness in the human being, toward himself and the universe.

Kundalini, is the original fire of life. The source of energy that makes possible the birth of man, his consciousness and his future spiritual splendor.

Kundalini must be recognized and correctly directed. It is the result and not the end, the cause or objective of the process of this discovery and knowledge. The subject is not to take Kundalini as the source of maximum power and glory. No, that is wrong.

Kundalini promises magnificent powers and faculties. But the real and profound student looks at the inner fire of Kundalini as the logical awakening of the human consciousness when selfishness has being overcome. And that is why, the energy of thought, the purity of the creative power is not only limited to desire and procreation, since Kundalini also refers to the sexual energy but by deepening in the subject, the advance in the yogic process, in reference to when Kundalini reaches its development is when the student realizes in meditation and deep reflection that the fire of life is the whole life. And that this magnificent life is the spiritual dwelling of the creative force, which maintains and transforms everything in existence, either visible or invisible. Then, Kundalini represents all the journey of the evolution of consciousness, the search and finally the meeting with the unity of every being. And this requires more explanation : Unity is not the dissolution of consciousness. It is the integration of consciousness in the science of Love.

Every erudite and learned person becomes nobler, when he recognizes and surrenders, when he accepts and feels moved in front of life. It is the largest discipline of the power of knowledge because it unites matter, mind and spirit in one conception that crosses over the barrier or reason, exalting it until the shores of the beginning of creation. It is a torch of light in the darkness, crossing planes, dimensions, phantoms of desolation and ignorance.

Man is able to love God, to love life, peace and all the beings of the universe by the power inspired in the divine glory of been above all grateful. This will not be expressed by words but by works, which will turn the hands that edify and build into a true and powerful path. Because it unites all people, races, species, recognizing and joining them in the sensitive and excellent, exquisite essence of truly been a noble being.

By virtue of recognizing the work of life and creation. It is the greatest manifestation of the Spirit : To be sincerely grateful.

Without Limits

When Love does not have frontiers, then, there are neither abysms, distances, nor anything that can separate Love from Love.
This is a law of life, therefore, Love always lives in the present and will never leave, because he is always alert, always attentive, enamored of life and unconditionally committed. Love is spirit, because is the fundamental source of everything that exists. And this can be difficult to understand, without explanation.
The explanation is clear, simple, direct and deep: " Love is vital and integral, because is the most honest and purest expression of the genuine interest that tries to accomplish true good."
The expression "I Love you," means, I am interested in you, in what happens to you, in your needs, your happiness and your sorrows. For that reason, Love is real, because is truly present, not as an unreachable philosophical dream, but as a connection which tries to accomplish lasting good. Therefore, he has no frontiers, because nothing can chain or limit him. He is, as the light is for the eyes, since he teaches and gives us the vision of reality.

You take care of each and every one of the details, no matter how small. You have power and influence, making things change, transforming my life, glorifying, renovating or vanishing my surroundings. But, I also know that you want the best for me. You want me to find my path, my work to be worthwhile. And my life, not to be as everyone's else, but to have my own opinions. And when difficulties arise, to become as iron, which thru conflicts, acquires its hardness. I know that you love me with infinite virtue and that in your heart there is a light of friendship, tenderness and love. Then, how to explain the link between you and me ? When contemplating our lives, our paths interweave and you assist me with inner strength as firm doctrine and also as support, as the flexible branch of a tree, that does not break. I feel your presence, your compassion and you have in my heart, which is full of gratitude, a kiss of love of spirit, for you, my angel of light, my Angel of Love.

The human soul is so fragile, variable, unstable. She is so mutable and confused. But also and at the same time, she is a magnificent power of surprising sensibility, of total surrender and of universal Love. She has contrasting values, forces of different feelings, reasons, passions. What to say, then? The human soul is an angel and is a demon, performing a dance of life and death. There is so much sweetness, love and tenderness in man, but also, anger, rancor and resentment. How to put an end to this torment ? When the soul transcends the reason and in the spirit and by the spirit, she changes from material form and is spiritually invested, then, she claims for the only source of good and perfect equilibrium. Every man and every woman will have duality and unstable life until they decide that they want to change, because they can't bear or tolerate that dance anymore, that life of changes and contrasts. Then, they will look for a transformation, where the ego will be sublimated to the category of spirit. This is not accomplished by extinguishing it or by sacrifice, this is accomplished by revelation, which becomes true, when man changes. For a change of spirit, man has to know and to recognize that Truth transcends conflicts and differences of life and death. This revelation is called, Grace of the Spirit and only comes from absolute faith in the Supreme Creator. And is like this : When man takes a good look at himself, discovers that in order to have true self esteem, he has to go beyond his skin, and this does not mean that his love will be cut or his life will be inhibited. It means that his love in God will keep on growing forever, and only this Love, will make him free, his life will truly be life and he will never know death.
